All About Stittsville Goulbourn Horticultural Society

Come garden with us!

The SGHS offers a program that includes regular monthly meetings (July, August, and December excepted) with special speakers, photography competitions, flower shows, events (i.e. bus tours, garden tours), and our Annual Christmas Pot Luck Supper.

Our meetings are held at 7:00 pm over Zoom during the lockdown, or at the Pretty Street Community Centre, 2 Pretty Street, Stittsville once in-person meetings open up.

Our Society offers the following benefits to its members:

  • Education about horticulture through meetings, publications, workshops & seminars

  • Beautification of home and community

  • Environmental preservation and restoration

  • Promotion of the quality of life through horticulture

  • Support of the provincial Master Gardener program

  • Promoting accessible gardening and gardening therapy

  • Networking
